a: Yes. We require a valid prescription just like your local pharmacy. Any item

a: Absolutely! If you would prefer to have one of our customer service agents

Q4: My spouse and I are ordering at the same time, can we save
money by having our orders shipped together?
a: Definitely! Just mention to the customer service agent that confirms your
order that you would like your orders shipped together and we will only charge
you a single $9.95 shipping and handling fee.

Q5: How far in advance should I place my refill order?
a: Most of our customers will place their refill order 30 days in advance.

Q6: Are there any hidden fees?
a: No you will only pay for the price of the medication and a single shipping
and handling fee of $9.95. There are no membership fees, sign-up fees or
additional charges.

Q7: Will I receive the same medications that were prescribed by
my doctor?
a: Yes. Your order will be filled as written by your Doctor. If a generic
version is available and your Doctor allows it you may also order a generic
version of your prescribed medication.

a: Generic drugs are chemically and therapeutically the same, they have the
same ingredients and work the same way as brand name drugs.

a: Although the majority of orders are shipped from the Canada we also dispense
from licensed pharmacies in Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Singapore, United

a: An over the counter medication (OTC) does not require a prescription.

Q19: Is there a limit to how much over the counter (OTC)
medication I can order?
a: No there is no limit on OTC items. However additional shipping charges may
be applied for large OTC orders.

Q20: I want to continue to order from you but I found the same
medication cheaper elsewhere?
a: For our existing customers and new customers we will match any competitor
price as long as it is the same drug by the same manufacturer and is of course
the same quantity.

have filled?
a: Yes, BestBuyRX will not fill any habituating prescriptions. This includes
narcotics, controlled drugs and benzodiazepine medications.
